The petition is pending in this Court from 2014. It was to be listed on 22nd December 2014. Though it was listed thereafter, till today, no attempts have been made to obtain any ad-interim or interim reliefs in pursuance of the prayers made in this petition. 2.

We have been noticing that in such matters, which are pending in this Court for more than two years for admission, the registry is also not diligent. From the record of this petition it is revealed that on 18th December 2014, the petition was adjourned to 28th January 2015. From that date till November-2015, it was not listed at all. From November-2015 till we orally directed the registry to list the matters serially, we do not find any attempt on the part of registry to list these matters.

Today when it is listed as per our directions of 5th April 2017, none is present for Petitioners. Neither the Petitioners nor their advocate, whose names are correctly displayed, are present.
