Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this matter is already withdrawn and there was order for refund of court-fees. However, due to oversight the Insurance Company could not file the Interim Application for refund of requisite court fees. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM applicant, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2024.01.30 13:00:24 +0530 and disposed off.

The court-fees be refunded as per the Rules.
