1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Pradeep Kerkar, PI, Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No. 85 of 2020 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, is completed and charge-sheet is ready to be filed. However, in view of Order dated 13th February, 2023 it could not be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
2) As the police have completed investigation, we permit police to submit charge-sheet before the learned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from today. Order dated 13th February, 2023 is accordingly modified. 3) Mr. Thipsay, learned counsel for Petitioners seeks time to take further instructions.
