By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 6 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 15/09/2015 passed by City Civil Court At Dindoshi, Borivali Division in Notice of Motion No. 1473 of 2015 in L.C. Suit No. 1268 of 2013.
