On 12 th January, 2016, this Court (Coram : N.M. Jamdar, J.) has passed the following order in Civil Application No.3375 of 2015 :- "The civil application seeks expeditious hearing of the writ petition of the year 2007. List the petition on the final hearing board as per its chronological order.

As far as the relief of reinstatement sought in the civil application, the appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed. Such relief at an interim stage cannot be granted.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. "

The Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant has once again taken out the above Civil Application seeking same reliefs. Though no changed circumstances

kpd 2 / 2 947-CAW-2717-2017.sxw are set out in the Application, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that the Applicant is a Kashmiri Pandit, he has migrated to Delhi and is staying in a shelter home, he is therefore in need of re-employment and also his dues. 3.

Hearing of the above Writ Petition is expedited and peremptorily fixed on 22nd February, 2018 at 3.00 p.m.
