The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 24 days in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 12th March, 2018 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Pune in Claim Petition No.66 of 2013.

According to the applicant, the management after going through the case papers issued approval for funds for filing the first appeal and whole process consumed sometime. Moreover, the matter was handled by different departments and that also consumed delay of 24 days. In the 1/2

920.caf4478.18.odt circumstances, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 24 days.

I have carefully gone through explanation given for delay of 24 days in paragraphs 4 and 7 of the application and to my mind the reasons assigned for delay are satisfactory and acceptable. In the result the application deserves to be allowed and, accordingly, it stands allowed. The appeal be registered in accordance with law and be put up for admission after vacation.
