CORAM:
S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & B.P. COLABAWALLA JJ.
DATE :
14TH OCTOBER 2015 P.C. :- 1.
After the judgment was pronounced, a request was made in the afternoon by the Petitioners' Advocate to continue the interim order in each of these Writ Petitions so as to enable the parties to approach the Higher Court.
2.
The request is opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Medical Council of India.
3.
Having heard both the counsel on the point, we are of the opinion that once the Apex Body has found the Petitioners guilty of professional misconduct or infamous conduct and acting in breach
of the Regulations prescribing professional conduct and etiquettes and code of ethics, that this is not a fit case to continue the interim order. The request is refused.
