After the matter was argued for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the advocate for applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that on account of festival, the applicant may be granted time till 14th November 2018 to surrender before the investigating officer.

Considering the submission, Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2223 of 2018 is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is permitted to surrender before the investigating officer on 14th November 2018.
