The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered a pursis dated 25 November 2015 filed on behalf of the Respondent before the Family Court at Pune recording that the Respondent - wife did not wish to proceed in the petition bearing P.D.No.31 of 2013 as the Respondent intended to take up the issue of custody of the children before the Court in United States. The learned Family Judge by order dated 25 November 2015 has disposed of the petition bearing P.D.No.31 of 2013 in view of the said pursis filed on behalf of the Respondent.
