Learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application. The applicant is in custody from 24th April, 2019. The offences is under Sections 307, 141, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and 4(27) of Arms Act and 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant be granted liberty to apply fresh application for bail in the event trial is not over within short span of time. 3.

Considering the submissions, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. If trial is not concluded within the span of 9 months from today, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.
