This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased appellant no.1, Padma Thakore who expired on 20.09.2014.

The learned counsel for the respondent original plaintiff makes a statement that they do not want to claim any relief against legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1, Padma Thakore.

Statement is accepted.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the statement made by Mohite 1/2

19 caa3-15.doc the learned counsel for the respondent original plaintiff, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Application with liberty to delete the name of deceased appellant no.1 Padma Thakore from the cause title of the Appeal from Order and pending Civil Application if any.

Same is allowed. Amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.
