By a reasoned Order dated 19.12.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP. Perused the record.

There is a suicide note on the record allegedly left behind by the deceased Shri. Pravin Kumar Mishra. After perusing the said suicide note, prima facie, it appears that the wife of the deceased had earlier lodged crime against him for assaulting her and the said fact came to the knowledge of the superior officers of the company where Page-1/2

The said Officers asked him about the said fact and due to which the deceased initially felt bad and subsequently went in depression and in the premise he thereafter committed suicide on 28.5.2018 by naming the applicants and his wife as the persons responsible for his death. It prima facie appears from the record that, the applicants did not abet commission of suicide of the deceased Shri. Pravin Kumar Mishra and it is due to the frustration and/or depression suffered by the deceased he took the said extreme step in ending his life. 4.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 19.12.2017 is hereby confirmed.
