P. C.:
The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Respondent University to increase the marks of the Petitioner of her appearance in 4th Semester LLM examination.
It is the contention of the Petitioner that the practical marks which were assigned by Respondent No.6 in respect of 15 Aswale 1/2
928.wp.12798.17.doc students including the Petitioner were erroneous. However, Respondent No.5 college sent corrected marks only insofar as 14 students are concerned and not with respect to the Petitioner. On an affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No.5 this fact is specifically disputed. It is stated that the mistake that was committed was only with regard to 14 students of whom the request is made to the University.
In that view of the matter, insofar as the Petitioner is concerned, the marks were correctly reflected and as such there was no occassion for making any request to the University. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any case is made out for grant of relief. The Petition is rejected.
