This Court, vide the said order has quashed the criminal case i.e. C.R.No. 227 of 2018 registered as against the Applicant with the Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai, by the consent of the parties i.e. the complainant i.e. Respondent No.2 and the Applicant. The said C.R. is the subject matter of the present application.

Since the case i.e. C.R.No. 227 of 2018 has been quashed, nothing survives for consideration in this Anticipatory Bail Application seeking pre-arrest bail in the very same C.R. 5.
The application is accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. 6.
