This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Appeal for listing it on final hearing board. The Applicant had earlier made similar application vide Interim Application No.159 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.334 of 2019. This Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 01/02/2022 had ordered that he Appeal be listed for final hearing board as per its turn. Since then there is hardly in change in circumstances. Therefore this application for the same relief cannot be entertained. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
