Criminal Writ Petition No.4627 of 2022 is not on board, taken on board.

The petitioner is challenging order dated 24th July 2019, whereby the learned Magistrate has passed no cross order

Tauseef Farooqui 49-WP.4626.2022 & 50-WP.4628.2022.doc against the petitioner, order is dated 8th August 2019. Learned Magistrate, thereafter, on 1st July 2022 has convicted and sentenced the accused for simple imprisonment for three (3) months and directed payment of compensation of Rs.10,00,000/-. 3.

Against the said judgment, the petitioner has filed an Appeal.

Since the learned Magistrate has decided the complaint and the accused has filed Appeal, the Petitions challenging interlocutory order passed in the complaint cannot be entertained. 5.

Writ Petitions are, therefore, dismissed. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
