Heard the respective counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the course of Execution Application No.254 of 2009 in S.C. Suit No.1494 of 1985, Clauses 15A and 15B of the Draft Agreement of Sale executed between the parties, should be incorporated in the conveyance, which he has to give to the respondent-society. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-society also fairly submits that he has no objection to the same as it is also submitted that there is an order to that effect passed by the trial court on 22nd October,

Dusane 2/2 908 wp 13012.2017 2016. The society shall also submit a list of the members-society alongwith resolution passed therein in order to enable the petitioner to convey the same to all of them. The petitioner, upon instructions undertakes not to protract the execution proceedings, which are pending since 2003.

With these directions and observations, the petition stands disposed of.
