This is an application for condonation of delay of 3 years and 245 days in filing the Appeal. The Applicant has challenged the Judgment and Order dated 23/01/2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-2, Vasai, in POCSO Special Case No.79 of 2016.

Learned counsel submitted that because of his poor economic condition, he could not engage a private advocate. He Nesarikar

Therefore this application and the Appeal are filed with the help of Legal Services Authority. She submitted that in the interest of justice, the delay be condoned. 3.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
