The applicant seeks permission to bring the legal heirs of the original appellant on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the appellant had three legal heirs however the applicant has applied for impleadment of only two sons and not the daughter.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the daughter Ms.Sushila Jagdish Singh would be impleaded as respondent no.3. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The appellant is directed to implead Ms. Sushila Jagdish Singh as respondent no.3. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the first appeal shall be served upon the respondents including the newly added party within two weeks from the date of carrying out the amendment. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.)
