In response to the Bailable Warrant issued by this Court vide order dated 16th October, 2018, Shri Shankar Keshav Yadav is personally present in the Court and affidavit has been filed on his behalf tendering an unconditional apology. For the reasons stated in the affidavit the apology is accepted. The bailable warrant shall stand cancelled.
