The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners Mr. Gaikwad states that the proposal dated 7-9-2017 submitted by the Respondent No.4 to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune for granting permission to prosecute the Directors of the Asiatic Co-operative Powerlum Textile Park Society Ltd., Solapur is being taken up for consideration by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune tomorrow i.e. 6-12-2017. If that be so, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said proposal expeditiously and latest within 2 weeks from tomorrow i.e. on or before 20-12-2017. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
