1] Upon production, taken on board.

2] Ms Shah with Ms Awasthi for the applicants state that they have a demand draft ready of Rs.8,68,400/-, which, according to them, will constitute compliance with the orders dated 14 August 2015 and 21 October 2016. According to Ms Kalyani, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 states that further amounts are necessary to be deposited upon calculation of interest. At this stage, it is not necessary to go into this question. The question is kept open. However, time for deposit of Rs.8,68,400/- is extended. The Registry to accept such demand draft within a period of one 1/2

3] Further, since the claimants have already furnished undertakings for the purpose of withdrawal for 75% of the deposited amount, in terms of order dated 21 October 2016, there shall be no necessity for requiring them to file any further undertakings in the matter. The undertakings already filed will cover and apply to the present withdrawal as well.
