ORDER :

We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the Respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 15 July 2015 as the Petitioner's land has already been acquired and development work is in progress. The Petitioner's entitlement therefore, needs to be considered at the earliest. Therefore, following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) Respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible and also preferably within a period of six weeks. All points kept open.
