By the present application, the applicant seeks stay to the implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 05.07.2018 in MACP No. 284/2015 passed by the MACT Thane.

By the impugned judgment and award, the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs. 22,79,100/- with interest at the rate of 8% p.a. form the date of the application till realization. Mauli Ethape

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount as per the award has been deposited before the claims tribunal. The said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents. In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till disposal of the appeal.
