Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent has expired. In the circumstances, we dispose of this Contempt Petition. However with liberty to file Contempt Petition before the appropriate Court against the legal heirs of the Respondent in view of the order passed by this Court on 18th November, 2008 if they have committed any disobedience of the aforesaid order passed by this Court.
