The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.00 of 2016 registered with Social Service Branch, Mumbai and C.R. No. 603 of 2016 registered with Dindoshi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 370(A), 370(1)(3)(4), 376(1) read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3, 4, 5, 7(1)(b) of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act read with Sections 4, 8, 17 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2).
The applicant, accused no.3 came to be arrested on

Heard the learned APP who states that the investigation in the matter is complete. There are no criminal antecedents. 4).
Looking to the nature of the allegations against the applicant, further detention of the applicant is not warranted. Hence, the Bail Application is allowed.
5).
The applicant be released on bail on P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
6).
The applicant to remain present before the Investigation Officer as and when called.
7).
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
