The above Civil Application is filed by the Applicant seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.57 of 2016 filed by the Respondent before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Mahad, Raigad to the Family Court at Bandra. 2.

On 28-02-2017, the Advocate for the Applicant had sent a letter to the Registrar, Appellate Side of this Court stating that the matter be placed before the Court in view of the urgency set out therein and also in view of the fact that the matter before the lower Court was fixed on 15-03-2017. In view of the said letter, circulation was granted on 22-03-2017. However,on 22-03-2017 when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Applicant and the matter was adjourned to 19-04-2017. On 1904-2017, the matter was adjourned to 08-06-2017. Today, when the matter is called out, none appear for the Applicant. In view thereof, the above Misc. Civil Application is dismissed.
