Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner, a teacher, is transferred from one school to another within the Solapur District. Grievance of the Petitioner is that in the online portal the Petitioner had given a choice of thirty schools, but the Petitioner was not transferred to those schools. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has made a representation to the Zilla Parishad. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3- Zilla Parishad states that representation of the Petitioner will be looked into as per law and facts and if it is practicable, feasible and permissible, the case of the Petitioner will be considered.

In light of this statement, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
