P.C. :- The Petitioner has raised a grievance concerning erection of mobile towers in the area filling within the jurisdiction of VasaiVirar Municipal Corporation. 2.

As per Rules of this Court, the Petitioner was to appear before a Committee comprising Registrar (Judicial-I) and Registrar (Judicial-II) to opine whether the Petitioner understood the facts and the law concerning the Writ Petition filed by him. The report of the

PIL 60.18.doc Committee submitted on 29 November 2017 is that after interacting with the Petitioner it was apparent that he had no knowledge of the law concerning the issue which he had raised in the Petition. The Petitioner undertook before the Committee to make an application seeking legal aid to be provided by the Legal Services Authority. The Petitioner has not done so till date. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
