State of Maharashtra, Principal Secretary-Urban Development Department, Collector-District Thane, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioner of VAT, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax and Commissioner of Income Tax have been impleaded as Respondents. The grievance pertains to non implementation of the Local Body Tax Rules, 2010. In what manner the Commissioner of Police, the Deputy Commissioner of VAT, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Commissioner of Income Tax, CollectorDistrict Thane and Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, State of Maharashtra would be concerned with the 1/2
