The earlier anticipatory bail application preferred by the applicant was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 18th October 2019. It was stated that the said order mentions that after arguing the matter for some time when the Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief, the application was withdrawn. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with offence registered with Dighi Coastal Police Station. It is contended that charge sheet has been filed against the co-accused. There is no reason to entertain this application in view of earlier order. Anticipatory Bail Application No.2506 of 2019 is rejected.
