Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed :

(i) The Petitioner who is present in Court undertakes to pay Rs.25,000/- towards costs to the Respondent - M/s. JSM Technologies within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

(ii)In view thereof, the order passed by the Presiding Officer, 4th Labour Court, Pune, dated 20 th November, 2015 is set aside.

(iii)The 4 th Labour Court, Pune shall decide Reference IDA No.143 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of this order. (iv)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the 4th Labour Court, Pune on 16 th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and after producing a copy of this SSP 1/2

(v) It is clarified that if the Petitioner fails to pay the costs as undertaken, the proceedings shall be treated as closed.
