The Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs : "(A) the Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent no.2 to initiate proper action against the police Officers who have failed to register FIR inspite of Complaint made to them disclosing the commission cognizable offence.
(B) the cost of this Application be provided for. (C ) Any other and or further Orders deemed fit in the circumstances of the case be passed."

By a separate order passed today, we have dismissed Writ Petition No. 4011 of 2014. In that order we have accepted the learned APP's contention that CR No.3 of 2007 was registered for 1/2
914-wp-4868.2014 the offences punishable under sections 395, 341, 447, 147 and 148 of Indian Penal Code with Loni Kalbhor Police Stationand the same was investigated and "B" summary report was filed which ultimately came to be rejected.
