The Petitioners have an adequate alternate remedy to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing an application / petition under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 challenging the order obtained by the Respondent-Bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Thus, we decline to entertain the instant Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
