The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and signed the Consent terms. The learned counsel state that the parties were present in the Court as per their request Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X'. However, the Revision Application is not disposed of on the basis of Consent terms today, as there are compliances to be done such as handing over possession and payment of amounts. The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties will complete the formalities before the next date and inform the Court accordingly. Thereafter the Revision application will be disposed of in terms of Consent terms. It will be open to the Applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the Applicants in the Small Causes Court Mumbai. All parties to act upon authenticated copy .

List the Civil Revision Applications 'for direction' on 22 June 2015, for disposal of the Revision Applications in terms of the Consent terms. It is expected that the parties will complete the 1/2

skc 1-CRA-902-11 exercise contemplated under Consent terms before the next date. The learned counsel for the parties state that Civil Applications will not survive. They will be disposed of along with the Revision Applications on the next date."

2] Today, the learned counsels for the parties, on basis of instructions from their respective clients, who are present in the Court, confirm that necessary compliances have taken place.

3] In view of the aforesaid, this revision application is disposed of as per consent terms already taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 4] Accordingly, Revision application and the pending civil applications stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
