By this writ petition, the petitioner-Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangli has challenged the order rejecting his claim for medical reimbursement. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State of Maharashtra and others, states on instructions that after the writ petition is disposed of, the claim of the petitioner is accepted and the amount would be released in favour of the petitioner shortly. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent No.1, we hold that the order stands complied with.
