Heard learned counsel for the applicants/appellants by way of present Appeal.

The applicants/appellants are challenging the Judgment and Award dated 27/03/2014 passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 365 of 2008 and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal.

Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to applicants/appellants depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks before the Trial Court from today failing which the said Award will be executable. In view of above, Civil Application stands disposed of. ( V. G. BISHT, J.) Rekha Patil
