The petition challenges the order passed by the respondent University dated 06.11.2017. By the said order, the charge of the Principal of Mahila Mahavidyalaya under the Management of Union Education Society has been directed to be handed over to Respondent No.3. The order was required to be passed since in the intervening period the incumbent in the office of the Principal had retired. This was done after taking into consideration that Respondent No.3 is a seniormost lecturer in the said college. AGP

By the said order only temporary arrangement has been made till the post of Principal by regular selection is filled. 3.
