Pursuant to the order dated 4 April 2017 passed by this Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and the same is accepted.

Shri. K.D. Bhosale, Retired District Judge is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The parties to co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the arbitral proceedings and not to take unnecessary adjournments.
