In Crime No. 184 of 2010 registered on April 8, 2010 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code which has taken place between January, 2008 to September, 2008. The present applicant came to be arrested on 24th September, 2016.

The role attributed to the applicant is, while working for a financial institution he tampered with the record in both the

The custodial interrogation of the applicant is over. The other co-accused, if are absconding cannot be a reason for denial of bail in the present case particularly when the applicant was subjected to custodial interrogation. There are no criminal antecedents. Hence, the Bail Application is allowed. 4).
The applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant to make himself for investigation as and when called by the Investigation Officer.
6).
The applicant to not to tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
