The petitioner is challenging issuance of non-bailable warrant on 24th November 2022 and also seeking a direction to decide the application under section 258 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed on 20th March 2020.

In so far as the issuance of non-bailable warrant is concerned, the petitioner undertakes to appear before the learned Magistrate on 12th December 2022 on which date the learned Magistrate shall decide the application for cancellation of nonbailable warrant in accordance with law. 3.

In so far as application under section 258 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 dated 20th March 2020 is concerned, the learned Magistrate shall decide the application in accordance with law.
