This is an application for intervention filed by the bank for intervention in Bail Application No.2295/2017 preferred by the accused persons. The bank itself is not the first informant and its authorized representative is a witness in the said crime. The applicant has no locus standi to intervene in the application for bail.

The application being misconceived is accordingly rejected.
