Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.0162/2022 registered with Naupada Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332, 504, 506, 341 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 37(1)(C), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 on the complaint of Mr. Nilesh Ashok Navkar. 3.
Learned APP submitted that though notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereafter 'the Cr.PC' for short) was issued, the applicants have not 1/2

This is disputed by the applicants. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are willing to attend the Investigating Officer on November 30, 2022, December 1, 2022 and December 2, 2022, between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. Statement is accepted.

The applicants to accordingly attend the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the investigation. 6.
In case the Investigating Officer wants to effect arrest if he feels that arrest is imperative in the wake of the reasons recorded by him, he may effect the arrest after giving 72 hours notice in advance to the applicants. The applicants to furnish the details of their residential address and contact numbers to the Investigating Officer. 7.
The application is disposed of.
