Since the reliefs sought in the above Writ Petition have been worked out, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and the same is disposed off. The Interim Application No.438 of 2021 and Interim Application (St) No. 94799 of 2020 also stands disposed off. However, since the Interim Application No.1192 of 2019 filed by the Respondent No.4 - Grampanchayat is pending before the Bench headed by R.D. Dhanuka, J., the final order passed therein will be binding on the parties. 2.

The Applicants in Interim Application No.301 of 2021 and Interim Application No.1192 of 2019 shall be at liberty to take out independent proceedings for redressal of their grievances. In view thereof, no orders are passed in Interim Application No.301 of 2021 and Interim Application No.1192 of 2019. If any independent proceedings are filed by the Applicants therein, the same shall be disposed off on its own merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
