Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner's applications Exhibit. "E" (colly) have not been decided by respondent no.1 as yet. The grievance of the petitioner is that the applications are pending since 2015 and till date no decision has been taken. It is also the case of the petitioners that the permission is not required for transfer of land from tribal to tribal, still the petitioners had submitted the applications by way of abundant precaution. He however, submits that keeping all the contentions open, the respondent no. 1 Collector be directed to decide the

Without commenting upon the merits of petitioner's contention, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 Collector to decide the aforesaid applications of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
