1] This is an application for condonation of delay in instituting the appeal. Sufficient cause has been shown in paragraphs 16, 17 and 18 of the civil application. There is an explanation that the applicant no. 1 is 80 years of age and was suffering from heart ailments. The applicant no. 2 was required to follow up the treatment of applicant no. 1.
