This petition is filed praying for the following reliefs: "(a) This Hon'ble Court may, to direct the Additional Collector, Satara to prepare the report regarding the petitioner's proposal and send to the Additional Collector, Raigad.
(b) This Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate Kiran Kawre
2 18-wp-9310-2023.doc writ Order or direction, direct the Additional Collector, Raigad to process the Petitioner's application dated August 08, 2022 and allot land as prayed for, if the Petitioner is entitled to get alternate land as prayed for, within a period of three weeks from the date of Order of this Hon'ble Court;
(c) all other just and necessary Orders may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner."

After perusing the averments as made in these petitions, we are of the opinion that the issues in the present petition stands squarely covered by our judgment dated 26 July 2023 in the case of Nana Narayan Bhalerao Vs. District Resettlement Officer, Pune (Writ Petition No.1332 of 2023) and in Tatoba Rama Chavan Vs. Collector, Kolhapur District, Kolhapur and Ors., (Writ Petition No.3883 of 2022). 3.
These petitions accordingly stand dismissed in terms of the said judgment.

Disposed of. No costs.
