This civil application is filed by the Applicant for condonation of the delay of 61 days, caused in filing the family court appeal. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has vehemently opposed the said application. He submitted that the Appellant has suppressed number of facts and therefore the delay may not be condoned. We are unable to accept the submission made on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. For the reasons stated in paragraph (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of the application, the delay caused in filing the family court appeal is condoned. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
