The purpose of the Public Interest Petition has been achieved because the Zilla Parishad Road No. 131 from Oni to Ozar has been carpeted out the petitioner maintains that a stretch of 500 mtrs. needs to be tarred. The respondents state that the entire stretch of the road having length of 10.5 kms. has been tarred. Photographs produced by the respondents show the road being tarred.

Be that as it may, while terminating the proceeding, we direct that if the petitioner shows photographs to the 3rd respondent of the un-tarred portion, the 3rd respondent would seek appropriate funds from the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent would release the funds so that the un-tarred portion, if any, of the subject road can be tarred.
