Civil Suit No.318 of 2016, before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to pursue the Civil Suit. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
